The Important Thing

Dari Umamah RA., katanya Rasulullah SAW. Bersabda: “Hai anak Adam! Sesungguhnya jika engkau sedekahkan kelebihan hartamu, akan lebih baik bagimu daripada jika engkau tahan-tahan (simpan) yang malah akan berbahaya bagimu. Dan engkau tidak akan di cela jika menyimpan sekedar untuk keperluan. Dahulukan memberi nafkah kepada orang yang menjadi tanggunganmu.” (HR. Muslim)

this is what I mean, when I said, you guys forgetting to discuss the important thing. Our security guards has been working with our residence since the date the houses build. and up till now, they still willing to work with us. not only guarding our houses, they also taking care of our children, while they playing outside.

And, shockingly, their salary has not been raised for 2 years. 2 years, ladies and gents...and here your are, disputing small thing...window...parking lot...and laundry....SERIOUSLY!!!! I thought you guys are well educated person, well-understand of sabda nabi in regard to: Dahulukan memberi nafkah kepada orang yang menjadi tanggunganmu. And yet, you forget to raised their salary.....

I strongly suggest that if we have our meeting on the 2nd of September, please DECIDE, raised or no-raised? as easy as you talking about laundry issue...just say YES or NO...simple...

My vote: YES....number of raised: let's discuss....

please dont forget about this people...they've been working tremendously great....
