nothing special happened on my birthday...except...well...this is hillarious...start to buy a HOME...
exactly on this month, the bank told me that the whole document is already complete, and that we just have to wait for the agreement between the bank and the developer...afterward....voila.....a home for us....small one...but at least ..it's MINE !
now, we are in debt...with the bank...the rate is not a good one for us...as the house expert said..the right time to buy a house is actually on 2007. but what can I say.....our luck happened in 2008. the rate now is 12.5%...phiuuuhhh.....wish us luck....
Oupssss...the birthday...yup....I bought a new bag for myself...my husband....am not sure if he forget...but at the end of the day..after a long-tiring-conversation...he finally said...here is my birthday gift...you can buy any things you want...just bill me.....hooorrraaayyyyyyyyy......I hope he give me ...well....at least 2 millions rupiahs this is equal to....let see...200 US$...huahuahauh....IN YOUR DREAM....anyway...thanks babe....
So, here is my plan...buy a shoes....then a bag...then..if possible a pants......is the money enough?....
yes, if you go to ITC....hahahahah......but..nope.. I will go to Senayan City or Pacific Place...

I almost forget, that I have my spanish fan who ...I think...read my blog...or at least visiting my blog..regularly
I received a message from her...dont recognize the name: rosa, but....then remember...Auntie C....Love you, miss you... :))
Ok dear...would love to have Andra's pict in this blog, but I didnt bring my external harddisk..next time dear.
andra speaks a lot now...sometime I dont understand what he said...so I just say: yes...yes..baby. Then, he was upset ..and start screaming...if he think I didnt respond him, properly....incredible..how he expect me to respond him correctly...he knew that he didnt get what he wanted....amazing...
anyway...I WILL CALL YOU..... I was thinking to call you...but always remember to call you in the morning...which is so impossible to do that...hahaha....

Rumahku Istanaku....
Setelah selama ini cuman liat brosur.....baca iklan....liat pameran....dan keliling jakarta-depok buat nyari tempat yang cucok...akhirnya ketemu juga sama lokasi yang deket sama rumah sekarang: Kelapa Dua Green Residence.
serunya juga, dapet lokasi rumah yang pas banget di Hook...gak luas kok tanahnya..cuman 134m2 aja. luas bangunan juga cuman 65m2 dan kita perlebar sedikit menjadi 71m2.
Pengennya ini rumah berkonsep 'Hemat Energi'..artinya penggunaan listrik di siang hari juga dikurangi, termasuk AC, makanya pengennya juga jendela dan pintu sebanyak mungkin dan selebar mungkin supaya angin juga masuk.
Saat ini lagi di pandang-pandang desain dari developer plus improvisasi dari kita juga, supaya rumah keliatan lebih luas dan lebar...namanya juga rumah burung dara...jadi ya seadanya aja ruangannya...
triknya, ya..menggunakan jendela dan pintu sebanyak mungkin supaya terlihat lapang...
semoga cepet beres dan urusan desain mendesain ini...karena ada aja tambah kurangnya...
proses KPR sudah kita lalui...sekarang sedang menunggu pihak bank dan developer untuk segera menyelesaikan perjanjian mereka sendiri. Setelah itu, semoga aja cepat akad kredit...hehehe...
senangnya punya rumah sendiri.....

Nah...bingung kan..
kantor baru...teman baru...tapi kerjaan lama...
...gini...gue kan udah gak di One Eleven lagi, sekarang pindah ke salah satu perusahaan MLM di bidang Fashion, katanya sih nomer satu sak Indonesia...tentunya ..kantor baru...otomatis teman baru....tapi kerjaan lama...karena yang di kerjakan sama aja sama yang di One Eleven.
Gue kebagian di dep/div (?) CSR alias corporate social responsibility....sekarang jadi lebih detil belajarnya, kalo pas di Onel dulu kan cuman initiative aja, sekarang plus implementation sesungguhnya...heheheh....

pasti ada dong...mana mungkin gak ada...namanya juga kerja..
tapi up to now, di coba survive dulu..
oh ya, probation ke dua berakhir tanggal 29 April 2008 ini..setelah itu...entah bagaimana nasibku...
hihihi...padahal lagi ngajuin KPR....
semoga yang terbaik aja deh....

Lama Banget
Lama banget kan,...
gak nulis blog...bayangin aja, the last time I wrote this blog was on the 20th of Aug 2007. Exactly two weeks before Andra's birthday. oh well, for your information, andra's birthday went smooth. Everyone were here, and enjoyed the party. Except for the fried chicken...hihih...my mistake...I ordered the crispy one which mean it was hot for children...I should order original, instead.....well..next time better....
Andra now can walked...he was walking on the 15th of February 2008, a day after Valentine. The sweetiest gift ever :) he talked a lot...now he is learning to say three words in one sentence. such as: ommy (abbreviation for om tommy) atas aik...means, uncle tommy was upstairs..let's go catch him. and many other word...
such an amazing progress for 19-month-old-baby-boy.
Me now works in a new place.. a bit weird place to work for...actually the works are great....but the people I hate most. let see how long can i be in this place :)
hopefuly, I can manage my time to write a li'l bit....
